Course Information
This course looks at how managing a Retirement Community Organization involves different factors – planning, organizing, leading and controlling of resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Resources may include people, inventory, information, skills and financial capital. This course looks at emerging trends in management and how these impact the administration of Retirement Communities.
